The anti wave fabric ARMURE,

like most of the shielding we use, this ARMOR anti-radiation fabric is COATED WITH SILVER and this is what gives it its excellent protection efficiency.

This is the right time for us to give you some information: in fact, we are often asked for anti wave shielding fabric in natural materials, such as cotton, linen, hemp. We would love to be able to offer it to you. So why use nylon?

Because its elasticity is incomparable (think of nylon stockings) and because in terms of durability of the anti wave textile, flexibility and elasticity are decisive.

Because even of excellent quality, cotton is not an elastic material. No more than flax or hemp. However, the rigidity of the textile will lead to the multiplication of breaks in the metal which will cause passages which will multiply with use. Yes, no one is perfect!

choosing to make your own protections with our shielding, you can opt, as we do, for creations where you will double the shielding with a natural or even organic fabric.

Technical characteristics and uses of this anti wave fabric:

  • Composed of an extremely light nylon core (35 gr/m2), this fabric is woven then coated with silver for excellent protection efficiency.
  • 80% nylon, 20% silver. Length1,35m,

  • its color is grey/bronze: this fabric is not dyed, its color is naturally that of the metal on the nylon core.
  • you will work it easily with the family sewing machine or by hand
  • using a thin needle, floss type needle and nylon or polyester thread.

Excellent alternative to the canopy, more practical, much cheaper and easy to implement:

  • you just need to place a length of fabric under the mattress,
  • another on top of your duvet,
  • and if you wish to complete with a hat
  • And you’ll take your night protection wherever you go!

“Metallic” traces may appear, which are not stains but oxidation,

and have no impact on the protective qualities.

To preserve its effectiveness, be sure to respect the maintenance conditions.

Cleaning

Cleaning is quick and easy:

  • By hand, without rubbing or twisting

    • Leave to soak for a few minutes so that the fabric soaks in properly
    • Use very little soap or non-aggressive laundry product (organic product type)
    • Press the garment as you do for a sponge or a woolen garment
    • NEVER RUB: in case of stain, use a soft toothbrush, a little soap (gall soap in organic stores) and rub gently
    • NEVER TWIST to wring out but squeeze gently
    • Dry flat or on a line, pinched regularly. Avoid full sun.

  • In washing machine

    • Place in a small laundry bag (as for underwears)
    • Use a non-aggressive laundry product (organic product type)
    • Maximum temperature 30°
    • Gentle spin in a full drum
    • Dry flat or on a line, pinched regularly. Avoid full sun.

Protect against Waves Shield

The shield used is

  • 100% silver: silver is the best performing metal in terms of wave attenuation, which is why we do not use any other metal
  • Totally coated with silver (and non-woven with a metal thread), which explains its remarkable performance

The principle of attenuation of the electromagnetic wave is the principle of reflection. Grounding is therefore uselesssince it is only used to eliminate overvoltages and losses of electrical charges as well as electrostatic discharges.

Thanks to the high percentage of silver used in its composition, the very high performance shielding of this article greatly reduces exposure:
